This was my second experience with the Yeager Team and I know it won't be my last! This team is passionate, proactive, and caring. I first used the team for a primary home purchase and now again for an investment property. There were so many different things I needed to learn when considering a place for a rental and Juliana Yeager went above and beyond to make sure this was a successful experience. She sorted through dozens of possible condos, doing in-depth background research on each one, so that I could be confident in my choice. In addition to finding the perfect investment property to buy, Juliana assisted with interior decorating advice, best practices for renting out the unit, and answering any and all questions. I was always made to feel like a priority and cannot wait to work with the Yeager Team again in the future.

We have known the Yeagers since 2019 having purchased and sold a condo in Chicago with them. They have been instrumental in making our living dreams a reality, spending many hours with us on the phone and in person. They were available to answer questions about the entire process and if they did not readily know the answer, they knew an expert in the field to help us. They further did a lot of this remotely, as either one or both of us were living on the east coast when this was happening. On a personal level, they're very engaging, exceedingly honest, hard working, and know the market as well as anyone I have met.

I was not familiar with the area, and Joeseph went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable. Joeseph kept me informed when new prosperities went on the market. What sets Joeseph apart from other realtors is thoroughness, kindness and always looking out for my best interest. His follow up on my question is remarkable. If I had a question and he needed to get with the other party I had an answer that day to let me know what is happening.

After providing her with a description of what we were looking for in a new place, she was able to advise us on locations that best suited our needs. After we shared our thoughts, Kim provided us with useful feedback that helped us make up our minds. It was like she knew what we wanted and needed better than we did!

Kim did a wonderful job working around our busy schedules to book showings when we were available. Showings were thoughtfully planned to maximize our time. Places we viewed on a given day were located in close proximity to one another when possible and each located in such an order as to minimize driving time/distance.

Searching for an apartment, particularly at this time, can be a stressful ordeal. Despite prices and interest in desirable places being high, Kim was able to find us a place we are now very happy with!

Despite my best efforts I hadn't successfully been able to secure a place to live and reached out to Kimberly in the hopes of getting some help. She was quick to get back to me and took the time to understand my situation and get an idea of what I was looking for in a new place. I don't even think 48 hours had passed before Kimberly sent me a listing of a place that was perfect for me and booked a tour for the next morning. The turnover was very quick and Kimberly was able to secure the place for me and negotiate to meet all of the criteria I had asked for. That spoke volumes to me especially in a market as competitive as it is now. I'm incredibly grateful to Kimberly for the work she did to help me secure a home and look forward to working with her again in the future.
