She has helped me with buying a condo, renting it out when I had to relocate to another city, and finally sell my condo as well. As first-time home buyers, it was important to me and my wife to find someone that we could trust. Benjamin was well-versed in the Chicago market with a proven track record. After our initial interview with him, we felt comfort and confidence in his approach. Below are a few comments as it relates to working with Benjamin throughout the course of our search: -- He made himself available and re-worked his schedule at times to accommodate/coordinate viewings for us. He never complained and genuinely seemed happy to help. -- We never felt rushed by Benjamin; even in the midst of a hot market where you have to act quickly, he never got “pushy.” He provided great counsel, including recommendations on how/when to submit an offer, but he was never forceful. -- The follow up! Benjamin demonstrated how much he truly cared about our success/happiness even after the close. He followed up with us to make sure things were running smoothly and provided tremendous guidance and tips upon moving in. But most importantly - Benjamin got us the house we really wanted. As of this writing, the market is still very, very hot. We competed with buyers who were willing to waive inspections, waive appraisals, and even pay tens of thousands of dollars more than what homes were worth. That type of competition/market can make it frustrating for even the most experienced home buyers. But Benjamin got it done for us! We initially found a home in the area/location that we really wanted, but it was snapped up before we could react. Benjamin did not rest on his laurels. He knew we wanted our next home to be in this particular neighborhood and he leveraged all his contacts (both professional and personal) to determine when the next home in that area would hit the market. That magic worked. We firmly believe that the only reason we got the house we’re in now is because Benjamin did everything he could to get us to the front of the line so we could ensure that we made first contact/offer with the seller. Aside from the business end of things, Benjamin is a smart, confident, down to earth person. We will continue our relationship with him and the Yeager Team and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a new house!

I decided to sell around the middle of March , the condo went on the market around April 10 after a great article about it ran in Crain's Chicago Business. I got an offer with reasonable buyers at the end of April and the sale closed on May 17. One of the easiest real estate transactions that I have ever done, thanks largely to Juliana and Benjamin. Both are the consummate professionals, very high integrity, excellent at providing very reasonable information about the state of the real estate market and the reasonableness of offers. I have worked with them for over 10 years on multiple family home real estate transactions and the experience just keeps getting better as we all age and have more experience.
